I hope this e-mail finds you well and your summer has been fantastic so far. I would like to extend an invitation to each of you as leaders of your local longhouse to an upcoming event which is intended to be a lot of fun. The Cuyahoga Valley Local Longhouse is hosting a party to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the original Indian Guides program by Harold Keltner and Joe Friday, an Ojibway Indian, back in 1926 in St. Louis, MO.
This special event, which will be held at the Brooklyn Exchange Cabin located in Hinckley, Ohio, is a great way for anyone 18 years old and above who has been a member of any of the Indian Guides, Indian Princesses, Adventure Guides, Adventure Princesses, or Native Sons & Daughters programs over the past century to re-connect, celebrat…
